Volleyball Tournament Volunteer

HOURS:

Saturday, August 5th 2:30-6:30 p.m.

DUTIES:

» Work under the direction of the MBMM & the ACE Center Team.

» Assist the pre-event preparation such as organizing logistics, setting up event space, coordinating with teams and officials, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.

» Assist in managing the registration process for teams by distributing paperwork and collecting completed paperwork from each team.

» Provide on-site support during the event, such as directing teams, managing the schedule, serving drinks, and assisting with any issues that may arise.

» Depending on the level of your experience and qualifications, you may be asked to help referee the games and ensure fair play.

» Assist in keeping track of scores, timing the games, and updating the tournament bracket.

» Help with the clean-up process after the event, such as dismantling event space, collecting any leftover materials, and disposing of any waste.

» Interact with participants and spectators and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

» Be willing to take on other duties as assigned by event organizers.
